Pahat Pojat plot
"A True Story"
Since their mother's death, brothers Otto, Matti, Iikka, and Eero have lived under the strict yoke of their tyrannical father, who suffers from paranoia and schizophrenia. Their upbringing consisted mainly of Bible study and associated punishments. Due to their isolation, they become alienated from society and have practically no social contacts. They live in their own world. Once of age, a great burden is lifted from their shoulders when their father is admitted to a psychiatric institution, but this also means their maintenance and income is lost. From their own point of view they try to get money and choose the easiest but also most naive way: crime. They crack countless ATMs at gas stations, slot machines and bank vaults. The hope of getting by with this for some time turns out to be a false dream because the police are after them.
