Ôsen Chitai plot

A hit man is abused by a drug gang to clear out a cop who gets in their way. The police are waiting for him at the place of payment. But he manages to escape to Kobe with a nightclub dancer as a hostage. In Kobe, the hit man, the police, a journalist and the drug gang meet in the narrow streets of the port city where prostitution, illegal trade and other crime are rampant.
