"The original bad boys are stepping up in '96!"

A violent street gang, the Rebels, rule the streets of Gary, Indiana. The Rebels shoot Marvin Bookman dead for giving information to the police about a murder they committed. Marvin's son, former NFL star John who once founded the gang, returns to Gary to seek out his father and destroy the Rebels in his way
