Officer Down plot

When a BMW driver is shot and killed by a bum at a traffic light, Los Angeles Police Department detectives Katherine Shaunessy and Gary Hill face a difficult task. An investigation shows that the perpetrator has killed a drug dealer for the third time. The drug world is getting pretty restless. The police also, by the way, if the witness to the murder can escape without any problems.
