Obstacles plot
In a black Oakland ghetto, it's really not easy to tread the path of virtue and even harder to follow. When the slum landlords knock his mommy at the door, young Daryll decides to drop out of college and starts dealing with his partner Big June. However, the two are soon confronted by Butch, Daryll's nemesis. After a shootout with Butch and his cronies, Daryll ends up in jail. Once free, he once again becomes a major player in the market. He also falls in love with the beautiful Mia. But Butch also has his eye on her...
