"Real badge. Real gun. Fake cop."
When the deranged Fred Frenger gets out of prison, he wants to start a new life in Miami Florida. He comes into possession of a police badge and the dentures of Officer Hoke Moseley and poses as him to deal with the criminals harshly. Then he meets student cum hooker Susie who believes that Fred has put his criminal days behind him.

Mediocre film in which a slightly psychopathic criminal steals from other criminals. A rather thin and boring story. But the film contains a number of good scenes and is sometimes quite unexpectedly violent. What also helps is the excellent acting of the three leads.
