Mark of Cain plot

Fifteen years ago, Michael killed and crucified a girl on his farm. He was locked up in a mental institution. Sean, his twin brother, wants to forget the bad memories from the past and decides to sell the long-neglected house. He arrives there with his wife with the intention of refurbishing the house so that it becomes marketable. But when Michael learns from his brother Sean that the farm will be sold, he is not happy at all. His doctor fails to calm him down and at night Michael stabs a nurse with a crucifix before escaping the facility. He is determined to return to the farm.
