Liebe unter Verdacht plot

Police officer Eva Bartok (Natalia Wörner) loses a colleague during a failed observation and feels guilty about this. She starts drinking and is assigned a new unsympathetic partner. Their first case is the controversial murder of an old rabbi. During the investigation, Eva falls in love with the rabbi's son, Daniel (Max Tidof), and the love is returned. However, Daniel is also the main suspect in the case because of his suspicious statements.
