Les Secrets du Château plot
"Murder in a chateau throws the neighboring town into chaos and revives a medieval dynamic."
A gruesome murder is committed in the castle of Rochefoucauld. The victim is Cédric De Breuil, the husband of Countess Louise de Camaran. Police commander Alex Meurisse, who is in charge of the investigation, is an old acquaintance of the victim's widow: more than twenty years ago they had a relationship that was stopped by the countess's parents because they did not consider Meurisse a suitable suitor for their daughter . In any case, it promises not to be an easy task for Alex.
