Fred is a driven policeman with a strict justice. His long and busy career was flawless. He specialized in handling small cases. But his daughter Cecile passed away a few months ago in tragic circumstances. And that still means a struggle for Fred. Now he deals with serious crimes. He is responsible for an investigation into the murder of an informant who was brutally killed. He suspects a former mercenary.
