Le Témoin plot
The painter Antonio Berti works in Reims for his friend Robert Maurisson to restore the paintings of the cathedral. Despite his notable reputation, Robert loves the young girls. And to make matters worse, he kills a girl posing as an angel. At the time of the crime, his friend Antonio is also present and at first he does not understand what has happened. He doesn't want to tell his friend either. But the Commissioner Guerin accuses him of murder and Robert asks Antonio to give him time to flee...
