Napoli Violenta plot
Police officer Betti, as chief commissioner of Napoli, has to clear the city of drugs that are mainly distributed by the crime syndicate of the 'Commandante'. However, to track down the 'Commandante' and his accomplices and have them disappear under lock and key, Commissioner Betti uses rather unorthodox methods.
