Le Crime d'Ovide Plouffe plot

Ovide Plouffe is married to Rita. Even after their marriage, Rita tries to get in touch with other men. Very unhappy Ovide feels something for Marie, a young French woman he has met. But his Catholic background and environment prevent him from loving or even divorcing another woman. Ovide decides to break up with Marrie and plans a trip with Rita, hoping their relationship will improve. At the last minute he tells Rita that he cannot come and Rita decides to go alone. The plane explodes and Ovide is suspected of murder.
