Le Chien Jaune plot
In the harbor of Concarneau, four friends fall victim to an unknown assailant. One of the men has been shot, another has been kidnapped and the third has been poisoned. At each of the events, there is the appearance of a yellow dog, which seems to predict the next attack. Worried that he may be next on the killer list, Dr. Ernest Michoux is placed under police protection while Commissioner Maigret investigates.
