Kuro no Chôtokkyu plot

Kikyo is a small-scale real estate trader from the Osaka area. He is approached by Nakae, who wants to buy a piece of land to build a car factory. After the deal, however, it appears that Nakae was able to sell this land to the government for a much higher amount. Kikyo feels quite cheated.
