Juvenile Court plot

"THRILL-TEAMING TALE OF A CRIME-BREEDING CITY!"

Pro bono lawyer Gary Franklin becomes deeply frustrated when he fails to exonerate Dutch Adams from the death penalty. Franklin threw it in vain in his defense at the squalid conditions in the slum where Adams grew up. Franklin enlists the help of Marcia Adams, Dutch's sister, to appeal on appeal for funding to improve the situation in slums. The governor pledges money and a youth club is established. All goes well until "Stubby" Adams robs a fundraiser of the project of the proceeds.
