Inferno Thunderbolt plot

A ruthless criminal family, led by a deranged mother in an armored wheelchair, has a secret deal with the local hospital: the hospital staff purposely makes sure that enemies of the family are not helped. A sister of a former victim decides to infiltrate the family to gather evidence against them.
