Es Begann bei Tiffany plot

A failed crook, on the run from both the American mafia and the FBI, meets financial expert Ryder in Germany, who is really little more than a swindler with no luck. They sum up the plan to rent a vacant bank and pretend it is a real bank, with the intention of luring a money truck to the property at the end of the week and robbing it. While keeping up appearances, the bank becomes a commercial success.
