"The Second Man"

In an underworld stretching from Cairo to Beirut, Ismat Kazem, second in command of an enigmatic gang, falls for Lamia, who rejects him for a wealthy lover. Lamia seeks justice when her brother is targeted by the gang's mysterious leader. This prompts undercover agent Kamal to infiltrate the criminal circle.
