Eiga Last Man: First Love plot

It's been two years since blind FBI agent Hiromi Minami visited Japan and, along with Detective Shintaro Godo, solved difficult cases. During their visit, they discovered they were actually brothers. After completing his training program, Hiromi returns to Japan and travels with Shintaro to Hokkaido. Not only does Hiromi meet his first love there, but the pair are also involved in an incident after which they are pursued by a mysterious organization.
