Dragonflies Only Live for 24 Hours plot

Frankie Mills and Parker Lyle are two ambitious police officers who are tired of being constantly overlooked by their superiors. They both try to get the promotion they deserve for financial reasons, but it doesn't happen. To make it further, Frankie and Parker decide to tackle the scum on the streets in their own unique way. Lying, cheating or falsifying evidence - they don't care. When their past begins to catch up with them, and doubts arise about their new lifestyle, things quickly go downhill.
