Death Letter Blues plot

A feral boy is found in the countryside, and Pastor Moss convinces a childless couple to adopt him. Eleven years later, the boy has adapted well to life in the small town, but is harassed by some of his classmates. When he turns up dead after a late-night outdoor party, Moss, his parents, and almost everyone in the small community are affected by his death in one way or another.
