"When the cops won't, and the courts can't...Stoney Cooper will give you justice!"
The residents of Los Angeles are under the spell of a psychopath and murderer. He has already killed at least seventeen people and each victim is marked with an X sign. When Sam Moss' granddaughter is murdered by the brute, he decides to hire ex-cop "Stoney" Jackson Cooper to catch the serial killer. Stoney isn't welcomed with open arms in Los Angeles, though, but that won't stop him from finding the killer.
