Dans l'Ombre des Dunes plot
Top criminal lawyer Becker from Paris, whose work comes first, arrives with his wife Julie who is spending time with their children in her native village. The region is in shock after a horrific murder. Becker's mother-in-law, the mayor of the village, asks Becker to support the local gendarmerie during the murder investigation. He doubts, because he had come there to spend time with his wife whom he has neglected for so long because of his work. It becomes a double challenge for Becker, who ultimately must both unmask the killer and try to save his marriage.
