Customs Agent plot
Bert Stewart is a customs officer in China who did not support his colleague when he was murdered. Because of this passivity, Bert is fired. Bert leaves China and turns to alcohol. He is recognized by a smuggler, who hires him to smuggle drugs into the US. On board the ship bound for the US, Bert meets one Marjorie Reynolds, who, who he later finds out, is also in the smuggling business.
