"THE FOREMOST SERIAL HEROINE OF MODERN TIMES"
The feisty Brenda Starr is a journalist. Her regular photographer is Chuck Allen. Brenda, her boyfriend and police lieutenant, Larry Farrell and Chuck get involved in the hunt for Kruger, Muller and Schultz. These are three criminals who robbed a transport with salary payments worth $250,000. Brenda, Larry and Chuck learn that Frank "The Big Boss" Smith, owner of the Pelican Club, turns out to be the organizer behind the robbery. During their quest, Brenda, Chuck and Larry find themselves in various adventurous situations.
