"Some killers are born. Others are driven to it."
John Allen Muhammed and young Lee Boyd Malvo drive a blue Chevrolet Caprice through the city of Washington and its environs. They stop at randomly chosen places, target unsuspecting victims and strike. After a few deaths, they have the entire city in their grip. Detective Harper leads the police force that has to start a manhunt for the snipers with almost no clues. Based on the Washington assassination case in October 2002.
