Blackwell's Island plot
Blackwell's Island is a prison in New York. In 1934, crime journalist Tim Raydon attempts to round up a crime organization run from this prison by "Bull" Bransom. 'Bull' still influences corrupt local politicians. Driven Tim goes incognito as a prisoner and tries to gain the trust of 'Bull'.
