Barcelona Connection plot

A murder is committed in Barcelona's Modelo prison. A police officer is assigned to investigate the case. He soon finds out that even the people he thought were honest are corrupt and that the city has become the center of the mafia, which controls the foreign exchange, drug and prostitution trade.
