Ballade pour un Voyou plot

Vincent Vivant, a young repeat offender, is threatened with being forced to transport a mysterious suitcase through France. The route will be given to him according to his stages. But he has had time to inform his girlfriend Martha of his absence. Suspicious, she immediately contacts the inspector Fabien Mathieu, who previously arrested Vincent but nevertheless showed sympathy for the couple. Apparently there are several people who want to get their hands on the briefcase. Vincent is chased by his client, by bandits and by the police. Through a radiographic examination, he discovers that the contents of the briefcase are blocked by an explosive system.
