Assignment Redhead plot
The murderer Dumetrius flees post-war Berlin to London with counterfeit money and fake travel documents. To cover his retreat, he kills a passenger and blames another. Dumetrius goes into hiding with a nightclub worker. The American officer Gregory Keen goes on a hunt for Dumetrius at the request of the British secret service. However, Keen is seduced by Hedy Bergner, a singer who works for Dumetrius.
