Arme Klauen Nicht plot

An ex-police officer injured while on duty has become a supermarket detective. The first he catches stealing is the wife of an influential man and to his dismay, his boss tears up the police report. It frustrates him that there is apparently two standards. If he catches her again, he calls the police. His colleague is hospitalized during an attempted arrest. He wants to take the opportunity to reorganize the work, but the management does not want to hear about it.
