Texas Ranger Jack Parsons is suspected of murdering a felon and is on the run. When his friend and colleague 'Rip' Metcalf finally finds him, he pretends Parsons is dead. Together with gambler Barker and the attractive FBI agent Susan Davis, the two go in search of the figure behind the scenes of a criminal organization.
