Angels plot

In the dark canals of Bangkok, an old woman discovers the body of a young woman, Angel. Peter, an Asian-American cop, recognizes the tattoo on the victim and is shocked to discover that it is the daughter of his former service buddy. Back in Bangkok, they work together on the case and learn through friends that Angel's path to reach the lives of the rich and famous led her to a secret underground life.
