A Small Town Called Descent plot

After a young Zimbabwean man is gruesomely murdered just across the border into South Africa, three agents from the Scorpions Investigating Unit arrive in the village of Descent. According to the local police chief, the murder is revenge for a sex crime, but the Scorpions soon discover that there is more to it. Moreover, the three themselves turn out not to be as innocent as they make out.
