"The true story of the most notorious crime family."
'A New Breed of Criminal', is based on the true story of Stephen Sayers and his rise from the backstreets of Newcastle's West End to the top of the criminal ladder, as well as the authorities' attempts to send him crashing back down. Before his death, Duffy was shot twice and had gasoline poured on him once. In August 1991 his life came to a violent end when he was stabbed during a brutal street brawl in Marton Road, Middlesbrough, aged just 26.
