Ben earns his living towing illegally parked cars. His income is on the low side and Ben becomes desperate when his wife wants to open a restaurant and his son wants an expensive bicycle for his birthday. A friend puts Ben in touch with a person who gives him a loan. Shortly afterwards, Ben ends up in a lot of trouble.
