In keeping with their father's will, the two radio DJs Burt and John Powell must ensure that their respective stations become the best. To push the listener numbers up, KLST radio throws a huge party for weirdos while the bosses of KWIN radio devise nefarious plans to get their hands on the $60 million legacy through extortion and sabotage.
