Zero Charisma plot

"You can never take the game too seriously."

Gamer Scott Weidemeyer lives with his grandmother and has a crappy job at a donut shop. Every Tuesday evening, he is a Game Master guiding the other role-players on their imaginative adventure. When hippie Miles joins the game, Scott quickly becomes annoyed at the appreciation the new participant gets from the other players. At the same time, his grandmother's health is going bad and to make matters worse, his mother comes to visit again after years. Scott feels compelled to take steps to regain his sense of honor and his identity as 'Game Master'.
