"He's all action... He's all man... He's all over the place!"

Two brothers accidentally get stuck with a 200 kilo escaped psychiatric patient who goes by the pet name 'The Mouka'. Together they experience the craziest adventures in the big city, where they come across a lot of prejudice against The Mouka and eventually they even become friends.
