Zabytaya Melodiya Dlya Fleyty plot
The gruff bureaucrat Leonid Filatov falls in love with his nurse Lida after he ended up in hospital with heart problems. He makes clumsy overtures, but nevertheless she becomes interested in him. He tells her that his career as a concert flutist ended when his influential father-in-law helped him move up into the political arena. When his wife Yelena learns of his relationship, Leonid is completely confused.
