You Can't Stop the Murders plot

"...nobody can stop the murders!"

A tiny rural Australian village is startled by a serial killer with an obsession with The Village People, the legendary 1970s pop group known for the disco classic YMCA. First a motorcyclist is murdered, then a construction worker, then a cowboy and an Indian , and finally a sailor. Agent Toney comes over from Sydney to use his Miami Vice-esque methods to find the culprit.
