Wild, Wild Susan plot

The wealthy Susan Van Dusen is bored in her life among the rich and craves excitement. But her father Peter Van Dusen wants Susan to settle down and marry one of his friend Chauncey Waterbury's sons. With the eldest son Tod missing since he is researching for a novel, Van Dusen tries to link his daughter to Eustace Waterbury, the other young son. Eustace, however, turns out to be a wimp. Susan then leaves her childhood home to become a private investigator.
