"The most hilarious military farce since M*A*S*H!"

The conscientious Corporal Dudley Frapper spent 15 years in the military as a chemical weapons guinea pig. When he is subsequently dismissed without compensation, he decides to go on the defensive. Together with his colleague, he shuts down the entire city with nitrous oxide.
