The arch-conservative butcher Franz suffered an attack and has been physically disabled ever since. However, that doesn't stop him from making life miserable for his family. Then something unexpected happens: when changing a lamp, he receives a heavy electric shock and dies. Then he has to continue to harass everyone as a ghost.
