Ginger Stewart and Dixie Tilton are mainly attracted to rich men. Currently, both work as bailiffs for the unsuccessful attorney Homer Bronson. Ginger falls in love with one Carter, whom she met on a park bench. She thinks Carter is a chauffeur, but in reality he is wealthy playboy C. Richard Courtney, who specializes in avoiding promises and marriage proposals.
