After twenty years, the couple Elisabeth (Winnie Markus) and Johannes (Rudolf Prack) go on a honeymoon after all to breathe new life into their worn-out relationship. However, she runs into her childhood sweetheart Pierre (Ivan Desny) and he meets singer Madeleinie (Christine Görner), who happens to be Pierre's fiancée.
