Ali, a policeman, thinks his wife is crazy when she comes home with a lottery ticket, but he fills it in and wins the big prize. However, he can't find the note anymore and if he can't show it within a month, the money goes to a good cause. In his search for the lottery ticket, Ali discovers the contrasts of the modern African city.
