Vratar plot

Anton Kandidov (Grigori Pluzhnik) transports watermelons to the market on a wooden cart. When loading, he is so adept at catching these melons that he is spotted by a scout, who calls him up for a Russian soccer team. He becomes a national hero when, in a match against a Basque team, he makes a rush to the other side of the field after a series of clever saves and scores the winning goal in the last minute.
