Viva San Isidro plot

A farmer living in a remote, primitive Mexican village discovers a crashed plane and assumes that the white powder he finds on board is some kind of fertilizer. The town's leaders are just holding a meeting to find out why there is no more lime available to paint the lines of the football field where an important game is to be played. On the morning of the race, there is still no lime available, so the councilors persuade the farmer Don Alvaro to donate part of his white fertilizer so that the lines can be painted.
